Because the plate will be punctured by the convex surface of the substrate, even if the convex surface is not sharp, the plate will relax or stretch when it comes into contact with it, which will deform the image and text. The problem is how to overcome it

The method is to leave a hole in the corresponding place of the plate, so that the plate and the substrate can be in full contact during printing. Otherwise, when the image is very close to the printing edge, the plate cannot finish printing, and the silk will also be damaged and loose.
