During the installation of the bearing, due to the interference installation between the inner ring and the shaft, the outer ring and the bearing hole, the clearance after the installation of the bearing will change according to the interference amount of the shaft and hole during the installation. When the interference amount is large, the bearing safety said that the clearance will be increased after the installation, but the company said that it will be reduced. When the interference amount is small during the installation, the clearance after the installation of the bearing will change less, or it can be said that there is no change. If it is an angular contact bearing, pre interference installation can be adopted during installation, and the bearing has no clearance or negative clearance after installation. Pre interference installation can improve the rigidity of the bearing and the rotation accuracy of the mechanism. During the use of the bearing, due to the heat generated by friction, the use clearance of the bearing will be smaller than that after installation, so the original clearance of the bearing must be greater than the use clearance. Of course, to make the radial clearance of the bearing smaller, you can choose the original clearance of the bearing to be a small clearance group, such as group 1 and group 2 clearance; Or increase the interference between the bearing and the shaft and the hole (excessive interference will make it difficult for the shaft anqing chemical new material to be installed into the bearing, and may also crack the bearing ring).
